We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs and budget. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can see the estimated shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase. Here’s a breakdown of our most common options:
Standard Delivery (3-5 business days inside Dhaka, 7-10 business days outside Dhaka): This is our most affordable shipping option.
Express Delivery (1-2 business days inside Dhaka, 3-5 business days outside Dhaka): This option is ideal if you need your order sooner. Additional fees may apply.
3. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return or exchange most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Free Returns: We will cover return shipping costs for items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Return for Other Reasons: For other return reasons (e.g., size doesn’t fit, changed mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer a variety of secure payment methods for your convenience:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within Chittagong. Pay the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Outside Chittagong, payment is made to the courier service before collecting the product(s).
Online Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Sure Cash, etc.), and online banking options. Additional processing fees may apply for international payments.
