Delivery & Order Policy

At Candid Lifestyle, we strive to provide an efficient and transparent delivery experience, ensuring your order reaches you in the shortest time possible, anywhere within Bangladesh.

Delivery Time:

• Inside Dhaka: Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
• Outside Dhaka: For areas outside Dhaka, delivery may take between 3 to 6 working days depending on location.
• Please ensure you’re available on the provided contact number to facilitate smooth delivery.

During sale periods, order processing and delivery may take longer due to high demand.

Important: To ensure the safety of your order, we recommend having it delivered to your personal address. Candid Lifestyle is not responsible for any loss or damage if the order is delivered to a self-pickup point, such as a courier office.

Cancellation Policy:

• To cancel a prepaid order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. A refund will be issued via store credit or a credit voucher.
• Once the order is “in process,” cancellations or refunds are not possible.

Payment through Cards:

• We aim to provide a secure shopping experience. In some cases, we may require payment verification to process your order. You may be contacted via phone or email for additional details.
• Candid Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is declined by your bank or payment institution.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
• Track your order on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

What If There’s a Delay in Delivery?

While we strive to deliver orders on time, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. If your delivery exceeds the expected timeline, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Service Center for assistance and to get an update on your order’s status.

What If I Receive the Wrong Item or Incorrect Quantity?

If you receive the wrong item or an incorrect quantity, please provide an unboxing video of your delivery. After verifying the issue, we will arrange a replacement or make the necessary adjustments to your order.
